Well, i have three orders with them. I received shipping confirmation through Mail innovations which is a UPS / USPS service. They are shipped to the post office by UPS to be delivered to the customer. However, the first two of the three orders supposedly arrived at the Post Office. However, the postal service has no evidence of them ever arriving. They say that the shipper, never actually shipped them. It has been over a month since the first package has arrived at the post office, and the PO says it never did. The second has supposedly arrive about two weeks ago, which again, the PO says it never did. Now i am waiting to see whether or not the third and final package arrives at the PO and never gets shipped to me. The company says that they will either re-ship or refund my money if they don’t show up. But, since the first two never showed up, i will just ask for a refund. I am starting to think that this has been a scam!
we ordered 5 watches . we were told 4 to 6 weeks delivery time. over 8 weeks later with multiple phone calls, multiple emails to customer service , and a bogus tracking number they gave us , we have received no watches. we are reporting it as a scam.
I ordered 3 watches during the “going out of business” sale at the end of August. I finally received them a couple of weeks ago. So far I am happy with the watches, and would probably buy more from them for holiday gifts if they were still taking new orders at the same sale price (I am wishing I had ordered more during the sale).
Are they the highest quality of watches worth the original price before the sale? I highly doubt it. But for around $30 each when buying multiples during the sale, definitely worth that. Time will tell (pun intended) how long they will ultimately last.
I placed an order for one watch during their closeout sale, and received it a few weeks later. Then I received a private message that they were extending their sale,so I had placed an order for two more watches, money was taken out of my account but I haven’t received any confirmation number or a tracking number. It has been amost a month with repeated calls and emails to them in regards to getting those numbers, with no response. Im hoping my bank can reverse the charges. Hmmm.
